Mark Gurman of Bloomberg has tweeted that Apple will begin accepting trade-ins for existing models like the 13-inch M2 MacBook Air and 13-inch M2 MacBook Pro starting June 5. This suggests that Apple may be preparing to launch the next-generation Macs, potentially featuring the new M3 chip, at WWDC 2023.

Reports indicate that Apple might announce at least three new Macs at the event. These could include a 15-inch MacBook Air, an iMac, and a Mac Pro. The 15-inch MacBook Air is rumored to have a design similar to the M2 MacBook Air, featuring MagSafe charging and multiple USB Type-C ports. It is expected to be powered by an Apple M2 processor, with the base model offering a minimum of 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
Likewise, the iMac is expected to receive upgraded specifications and be powered by the same M2 processor as the MacBook Air. It may also be available in multiple color options. Lastly, Apple is speculated to unveil the new Mac Pro, anticipated to be the most powerful Mac with Apple Silicon, offering support for easy memory and storage upgrades.
